Front Office Receptionist Vacancy, We are urgently looking for an experienced and talented Front Office Receptionist for our firm, location Dubai.
This position will perform daily routine data entry along with producing production reports. This individual needs to be proficient in Microsoft office and in general be computer savvy. You will interact with plant visitors along with employees and outside drivers.In the Front Desk/Production Clerk role, we are searching for an excellent communicator with outstanding customer service skills. We are seeking a dedicated individual with strong organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities.This position assists in various clerical, administrative and customer services tasks in the daily operation of the facility in addition to other duties.
· Ability to perform basic and business mathematical computations
· Operate office equipment and technology (desktop, 10 key, scanner, etc.)
· Skilled at clerical detail work
· Manage phone calls for logistics and other plant employees
· Data entry in various software programs
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Prepare monthly reports using Microsoft office
· Review data
· Ability and willingness to cross train and back up other office positions as needed
