Front Office Receptionist jobs Vacancy, We are urgently looking for an experienced and talented Front Office Receptionist for our firm, location Dubai.
- Receiving and processing reservations, checking in/out members, guests and conference delegates, meeting/greeting all guests and answering the telephone
- Supporting a ‘member first’ culture that delivers excellent service and optimises revenue opportunities
- Identifying and recommending changes to improve business and operating efficiencies
- Providing back-up support to other departments as required
- Offering and promoting products/services to members and guests
- Undertaking general clerical & administrative duties
To be successful in this role you will ideally possess previous front office experience in a hospitality environment, strong computer literacy and the ability to deliver superior quality customer service. You will effectively work unsupervised and possess an understanding of cross-selling, problem solving techniques and strong administrative and organisational skills.
